Customer Service Representative, Energy/Electric, KIRKLAND, QUEBEC

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will report directly to the Team Leader, Customer Service/Order Management. 

 

The incumbent in this role will support the Energy market business unit. He/she will provide answers for any requests from the channel partners, OEM customers on pricing, lead times and all necessary information on a daily basis.  He/she will also handle all administrative aspects of customer accounts from the time an order is received to receipt by the customer, including after-sales service.  The CSR will also assist with maintaining record keeping to ensure the sales department’s document filing is kept up to date.  He/she will strive to achieve the overall objective of assisting the Sales and Customer Service/Order Management teams in meeting or exceeding specified corporate sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
