WECO presents innovative connector series at this year's electronics trade fair in India

From September 11 to 13, 2024, electronica India will once again take place. The trade fair, which will be held this year at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida, Delhi, is considered India’s leading trade fair for electronic components, systems and applications.

At the WECO booth in Hall 11, Stand H11.L21, the connector series 307, 3070 and 308 as well as the entire series 300 from WECO will take center stage. In addition, the 900 series will be presented, which is in high demand in the Indian market with its robust and innovative features, especially for the most demanding applications.

India is one of the most important growth markets, and the “touch and feel” factor plays a major role in purchasing behavior there.

WECO presents proven and new connector series

In particular, WECO will be presenting connector series such as the 300 series terminal blocks in Delhi, which are suitable for conductor connections with either screwless, screwable or pluggable connections.

The 307, 308 and 3070 series flat connectors combine straight flat connectors with screw terminals and have also already proven themselves on the Indian market.

The products in the 308 series are used by all Indian railroad companies in the field of drive electronics, among others, and are also used in the production of fully automatic coffee machines.

Highlight: 900 series with double solder connection

One of the trade fair highlights in Delhi is the 900 series of blade connectors with double solder connection, which is suitable for blade receptacles of different dimensions and can optionally be combined with the ISO-900 insulating housing system.

By joining individual housing parts together, a complete housing is created for the blade receptacles, which can also be individually adapted to different pitches.

Commercially available double spring contacts are easy to plug in and engage audibly. The housing provides safe insulation to ensure that no current transfers or short circuits caused by unprotected contacts can occur.

Protection against electric shock and protection against soiling round off the advantages of this system.

Focus on tailored solutions and long-term partnerships
